Operation

Raw Seed/Grain is fed into the feed hopper andare evenly distributed by a fluted feed roller through a controlled feed gateon the top Screen. Before falling over the top screen, seeds/grains aresubjected to the primary air aspiration that separates lighter impurities likechaff, straw, dust etc. Seeds/Grains are then passed through three screenseparations according to width & thickness. After passing through screenseparations, cleaned grains / seeds pass through secondary air aspiration whereremaining lighter impurities are separated. Final seed/grain and impurities arecollected separately through discharge spouts into the bags hooked on the bagholders.
