Application

This Seed Grader / Fine Cleaner is suitable for the efficient grading / fine cleaning of all cereal seeds, oil seeds, foresty seeds, fodder seeds, pulses etc. e.g. wheat, paddy, maize, bajra, urd, moong, gram, soyabean, sunflower, mustard, jowar, barley, coffee seeds etc.

It has three oscillating screens and 2 independently controlled air aspirations. It shall remove lighter impurities like dust, chaff, stem fractions, immature & beveled grains / seeds and other under size impurities / grains

Operation

Seed / Grain is fed to the Feed Hopper which are lifted by Air Aspiration and fall on the top screen via feed spout. During lifting process, the heavier metals like stones, iron pieces etc are separated and drops on the floor. Before falling on the top screen, The Seeds/Grains Subjected to the primary air asperiration that separets lighter impurites like chaff , straw, dust,etc. Seed /Grains are then passed through three screen separations according to width & thickness. After passing through screen separations, cleaned grains / seeds pass through Secondary Air Aspiration where remaining lighter impurities are separated. Final seed/grain and impurities are collected separately through discharge spouts into the bags hooked on the bag holders.
