These are suitable machines for the separation of short kernels from the long kernels, broken or cut kernels from the whole kernels and also round seed from oblong ones. These are also called aLength Separatora which separates impurities on the basis of length difference a physical parameter.

These are independent double cylinder units and can be used with any make of Seed Grader (Air Screen Cleaners). The indented cylinder is made in two semicircular segments and is fitted with clamps to make one round (Circular) unit for easy fitting/ replacement.

TheaInternal Trougha is provided with screw auger to carry out the separated impurities, which are collected into the bag via spout. The good product moves along the internal surface of the rotating cylinder by remaining on the bottom side and is collected into bag through spout.

These are made of all steel welded framework body. Also features adjustable cylinderspeed, feed hopper with feed control arrangement. Separate spouts with bagholding clamps are provided for each separation at bagging off height. The sizeof the indented pockets (indents) shall be different for different seeds. Theinternal collecting through is adjustable for the close and accurate separationof the impurities i.e. cut grains, round seeds etc.

All moving for parts are covered with protective guards. The machine is designed for trouble free, smooth & noiseless operation. All the drive control are tropicalised & for operation on 220/440 V, 1ph/3ph., 50c/s, A.C. supply.The machine shall be pre-wired from electric motor to starter to single connection for in coming power supply.

The machine is complete with suitable electric motor, starter, switch, one pair of indented segment for one required crop seed tool kit and other standard features. Additional pair of cylinders are also available for other crop seeds.
