Application

This Seed Grader / Fine Cleaner is suitable for the efficient grading / fine cleaning of various spice seeds like coriander, cummin, fennel, ajvain, fenugreek etc. It is also suitable for cleaning and grading of various cereal seeds, oil seeds, pulses, vegetable seeds, forestry seeds, fodder crop seeds etc. like wheat, paddy, maize, bajra, urd, moong, gram, soyabean, sunflower, mustard, sesame, jowar, barley, coffee seeds etc. It has three oscillating screens and 2 independently controlled air aspirations. It shall remove lighter impurities like dust, chaff, stem fractions, immature & beveled grains / seeds and other under size impurities / grains

Raw Feed/Grain Is ted into the low level feed hopper and are kitted by inbuilt pneumatic system (Aspiration) and are evenly distributed on the top Screen. During lifting process, the heavier metals like stones, iron pieces etc are separated and dropped on the floor. Before falling over the top screen, seeds/grains are subjected to the primary air aspiration that separates lighter impurities like chaff, straw, dust etc. Seeds/Grains are then passed through three screen separations according to width & thickness. After passing through the middle screen, the graded seed / grain is again subjected to Second stage Air Aspiration for removal of deceased seed / grain and left over lighter impurities. The Final product (First Grade), Second Grade and impurities are collected separately through discharge spouts into the bags hooked on the bag holders.
