Application

It is specially meant for upgrading of the product quality i.e. seed / grain etc separating the impurities on the basis of the difference in Specific Gravities which are otherwise are of same shape and size.The impurities which are of the same shape and size as of the required quality product, but having different specific gravity cannot be separated by Air Screen Cleaner (Seed Graders), Length Separators because these machines work on the principle of separation (grading) on the basis of difference in Physical Parameters like shape and size etc.

Quick and easy interchangeable deck assembly rests on four specially designed levers with Derlin bushings. All steel welded frame. Adjustable side and end inclinations of the deck assembly. Adjustable deck speed, multiple fan system with independent Air control for each fan, adjustable Air Pressure. All these adjustments can be done while the machine is in operation.

Separate spouts with main body holding clamps at bagging off height for each separation i.e. heaviest (stone and other heavy substances), good seeds, Middlings, Lighter and Lightest substances. Rectangular shape of the deck provides greater capacity and accuracy. Eccentrics are perfectly keyed and aligned on the shaft to avoid any unwanted vibrations. Feed hopper is provided with Feed Control Device.

The product, consisting of approximately equal sized grains/seeds/particles, is gravity fed from the hopper to the deck. Oscillation speed, side wise as well as lengthwise inclination of deck, air stream with controlled air pressure which is created by multi-fan System under the deck cause the grains/particles to arrange themselves in layers of uniform specific weight.
