Application

This seed Grader ts suitable tor the efficient grading of various spice seeds like coriander, cumin, fennel, ajvain, fenugreek etc. It is also suitable for cleaning and grading of various cereal seeds, oil seeds, pulses, vegetable seeds, forestry seeds, fodder crop seeds etc. like wheat, paddy, maize, bajra, urd, moong, gram, soyabean, sunflower, mustard, sesame, jowar, barley, coffee seeds etc. It has three oscillating screens. It shall remove undersize impurities / grains.

Salient Features

• Robust machine of all steel & welded construction with . structural framework Rubber Ball / Nylon brush to check clogging of all grading screens & beaters for scalping screen Feed Hopper with Feed Control Mechanism.
• Screen Deck Assembly & Spouts are self emptying type. High carbon steel strip hangers and balanced eccentrics with connecting rod for screen deck oscillation. Interchangeable, burrs & curvatures free, easily changeable Screens/Sieves.
• Provision of Bag holders at bagging off height & belt guard. Brush Trolley Rollers & Brush Drive Rods with bearings.

Raw Seed/Grain is fed into the feed hopper and are evenly distributed on the top Screen. Seeds/Grains are then passed through three screen separations according to width & thickness. The Final product (First Grade), Second Grade and impurities are collected separately through discharge spouts into the bags hooked on the bag holders.

Optional Accessories Available : Additional Screens for various crop seeds .
